Admite cererea.
Îndreaptă eroarea materială strecurată în sentinţa civilă nr.2526 din 26.11.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Suceava (dosar nr.9707/86/2012), în sensul menţionării corecte a numelui reclamantei, acela de Grab Mirela în loc de Grab Marcela.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.

Admite cererea
Respinge excepţia privind prescripţia dreptului material la acţiune invocată de pârâtă, ca nefondată.
Admite acţiunea precizată.
Obligă pârâta să plătească fiecărui reclamant, diferenţa de salariu, dintre salariu de bază minim brut de 700 lei şi salariul brut efectiv plătit, pentru perioada 1.08.2009 – 31.12.2011, sume ce se vor actualiza în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie de la data efectuării plăţii.
Obligă pârâta la plata dobânzilor legale aferente drepturilor salariale neachitate, calculată începând cu data introducerii acţiunii şi până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâta să plătească reclamanţilor suma de 1500 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată.
Definitivă.
Executorie de drept.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
