Admite recursul declarat de pârâta SNTFM „ CFR Marfă ” SA împotriva sentinţei civile 2251/15.11.2012 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi , pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că respinge ca fiind prescrise drepturile reclamanţilor aferente perioadei 01.09-20.09.2008 şi respinge ca fiind prescrise drepturile intervenienţilor aferente perioadei 01.09-12.10.2008.
Menţine celelalte prevederi ale sentinţei.
