Modifică sentinţa

DEC.1664- Admite recursul declarat de pârâta SNTFC „CFR Călători” SA Bucureşti împotriva sentinţei civile 651/04.03.2013 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi, pe care o modifică în parte, în sensul că respinge ca nefondată acţiunea. Menţine celelalte prevederi ale sentinţei.
