Admite excepţia inadmisibilităţii formulării contestaţiei de creditoarea DIRECŢIA GENERALĂ REGIONALĂ A FINANŢELOR PUBLICE BRAŞOV, invocată de administratorul judiciar TUDURUŢ INSOLV EXPERT IPURL şi în consecinţă:
Respinge contestaţia formulată de creditoarea DIRECŢIA GENERALĂ REGIONALĂ A FINANŢELOR PUBLICE BRAŞOV, împotriva Hotărârii Comitetului creditorilor debitoarei SC AEROCOMPOZITE SRL-în insolvenţă din data de 02.08.2013, ca inadmisibilă.
