Soluţionare
Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului material la acţiune pentru plata sumelor reprezentând diferenţa dintre ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi sau de programe educaţionale pe suport electronic necesare îmbunătăţirii calităţii activităţii didactice în învăţământul preuniversitar, ajutor prevăzut de Legea nr. 315/2006, aferent anului 2009 şi respinge acţiunea ca fiind prescrisă.
Definitivă. Cu recurs în 10 zile de la comunicare.
