Modifică sentinţa
DECIZIA CIVILĂ NR. 1159/CM
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă recurată, în sensul că admite acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Albu Nicolae ş.a. prin Uniunea Sindicală Feroviarul RCF Constanţa, precum şi cererile de intervenţie formulate de intervenienţii Constantin Ilen şi Ulmeanu Marian. Obligă pârâtele Sucursala Centru Regional de Exploatare, Întreţinere şi Reparaţii Constanţa şi Compania Naţională de Căi Ferate CFR SA Bucureşti să plătească reclamanţilor şi intervenienţilor sumele reprezentând diferenţa de drepturi salariale efectiv încasate şi drepturile salariale cuvenite prin determinarea lor pornind de la un salariu minim brut de 700 lei, pentru perioada 26.10.2009 – 31.12.2010. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei recurate. Respinge ca nefondat recursul pârâtelor.
