Admite cererea. Dispune îndreptarea erorilor materiale strecurate în decizia nr. 244/CM/15.05.2013 a Curţii de Apel Constanţa în sensul consemnării corecte a numelui intimaţilor reclamanţi ca fiind:Craiu George ionel, Jitean Marin-Ion, Neaţă Florian şi Răileanu Florin Liviu.
