Modifică sentinţa
Decizia civilă nr.941/CM – Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite acţiunea. Obligă unitatea de învăţământ către reclamanţi la plata diferenţei dintre 130 lei şi contravaloarea 100 euro pentru anul 2009 şi contravaloarea 100 euro pentru anul 2010, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la momentul plăţii. Obligă pârâţii I.S.J. Constanţa şi Ministerul Educaţiei Naţionale la alocarea sumelor necesare plăţii. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Red.jud. AM(RD)
