DEC.NR.485/CM - Respinge recursul pârâtului I************ Ş***** J******* C********. Admite recursul reclamanţilor prin S.L.S.Î.P.C-ŢA. Modifică în parte sentinţa atacată, în sensul că obligă pârâta Ş***** G********* S**** H**** din Medgidia să plătească reclamanţilor integral ajutorul financiar prevăzut de Legea 315/2006, respectiv echivalentul în lei a 100 Euro, aferent anului 2010.
