Modifică sentinţa

Decizia nr.304/CM – Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa în sensul că admite acţiunea formulată de toţi reclamanţii în conformitate cu prev. Legii nr.330/2009 cu luarea în considerare a salariilor de bază aferente lunii decembrie 2009, aşa cum rezultă din aplicarea legii nr.221/2008, precum şi la plata diferenţelor dintre drepturile salariale cuvenite şi cele efectiv încasate pentru perioada ianuarie 2010 – 31 decembrie 2010, actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii corespunzător perioadei efectiv lucrate în unitatea de învăţământ.
