Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa, în sensul că pârâtele vor fi obligate să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele salariale solicitate, care vor fi calculate aferent perioadei ianuarie 2010 - 31 decembrie 2010, în loc de ianuarie 2010 - 31 decembrie 2011.
