Nefondat
D.p. 1717/R/2013 - Respinge ca nefondate recursurile declarate de inculpaţii O**** I***** C******, O**** I*** şi de partea vătămată Grigore daniel împotriva sentinţei penale nr. 1172/21.06.2013 a Judecătoriei Galaţi.
Onorariul parţial al apărătorului din oficiu în sumă de 100 lei (av. Radu Elisabeta) se va vira către Baroul Galaţi din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei.
Obligă pe fiecare dintre inculpaţi recurenţi la plata a câte 300 lei şi pe recurenta - parte vătămată la plata sumei de 50 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli judiciare către stat.
