Obligă pârâta Gradinita cu Program Prelungit nr.1 Motru să emită decizii privind stabilirea drepturilor salariale ale reclamantilor pentru anul 2010 în temeiul Legii nr.330/2009, decizii incepand cu 01.01.2010, care să aibă în vedere drepturile salariale de care ar fi trebuit sa beneficieze in luna decembrie 2009, in conformitate cu dispoyitiile legii nr.221/2008.
Obligă intimatii Consiliul local Motru si Gradinita cu Program Prelungit nr.1 Motru să asigure fondurile banesti, respectiv sa achite reclamantilor diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale cuvenite si cele incasate începând cu data de 01.01.2010, sume actualizate la data platii.
