Nefondat

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamantul SLIP pentru membrii de sindicat P.A. ş.a. şi de reclamanţii G.M. ş.a. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 10672 din 20.06.2013 a Tribunalului Cluj pronunţată în dosar nr. 18592/117/2012, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 07.10.2013.
