Nefondat

Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamantul UJSL în numele membrilor de sindicat HSA şi alţii împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 2693/F din 14.10.2013 a Tribunalului B-ţa N pronunţată în dosar nr. 2130/112/2013, pe care o menţine. Decizia este irevocabilă. Dată şi pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 13 ianuarie 2014.
