Respinge cererea formulată de reclamantul Burungiu Constantin, ca nefondată.
. Obligă pârâtul să calculeze şi să plătească celorlalţi reclamanţi diferenţa dintre drepturile salariale cuvenite în urma aplicării coeficientului de multiplicare prevăzut de Lg. nr. 221/2008, a disp. Lg. nr.284/2010 şi ale Lg. nr.285/2010 şi drepturile salariale efectiv încasate pentru perioada 1.01.2011-12.05.2011.
