Obliga parata Scoala Gimnaziala nr. 1 Moara Vlasiei sa plateasca reclamantilor sumele reprezentand plata ajutorului pentru achizitionarea de carti si programe educationale pe suport electronic necesare imbunatatirii calitatii didactice aferente perioadei 1.01.2010 - 3.07.2010, sume ce vor fi actualizate cu rata inflatiei la data platii efective
Obliga paratii Inspectoratul Scolar al Judetului Ilfov, Ministerul Educatiei Nationale si Ministerul Finantelor Publice sa aloce, potrivit competentelor stabilite prin lege pentru fiecare in parte, sumele necesare platii drepturilor banesti cuvenite reclamantilor
Executorie potrivit art. 448 alin 1 pct. 2 C.pr.civ
Cu apel in 10 zile de la comunicare, cererea de apel urmand a fi depusa la Tribunalul Ilfov
