Dispune îndreptarea erorilor materiale din dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 2377/16.02.2012 a Judecătoriei Constanţa în sensul că vor consemna corect cotele atribuite numiţilor Câşleanu Viorica şi Năstase Florin din lotul nr. 7 ca fiind de 1/14 pentru fiecare, în loc de 1 şi respectiv 1/4 cum greşit s-a consemnat.
