Admite in parte cererea
Admite excepţiile lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a paraţilor I************ Ş***** J******* G***** si Ministerul Educaţiei şi în consecinţă respinge acţiunea formulata in contradictoriu cu aceştia, pentru lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive.
Admite in parte acţiunea.
Obligă pârâţii unităţile şcolare să plătească reclamanţilor, in funcţie de fiecare unitate de învăţământ unde si-au desfăşurat activitatea, suma de 100 euro, calculată la cursul BNR din ziua efectuării plăţii, reprezentând suma cuvenită reclamanţilor pe anul 2010 pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale.
Respinge cererea de acordare a sumelor actualizate cu rata inflaţiei ca nefondata.
Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, care se va depune la Tribunalul Galaţi.
