Legea 85/2006 privind insolventa
HOT.Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale active a contestatoarei SC. Prodas SA în prezenta cauză.
Respinge contestaţia împotriva hotărârii Adunării creditorilor din data de 26.08.2013 formulată de creditoarea SC. Prodas SRL în contradictoriu cu debitoarea SC. Hortigal SA prin lichidator judiciar MG Expert SPRL şi SC. Galmopan SA, SC. Makinvest Com SA, SC. Alcom SA, SC. Rina SA,ş.a.., ca fiind introdusă de o persoană fără calitate procesuală activă.
