Admite cererea
Admite exceptia lipsei calitatii procesuale pasive a Inspectoratului Scolar Judetean Galati si Ministerului Educatiei Nationale.
Respinge actiunea formulata in contradictoriu cu paratii Inspectoratul Scolar Judetean Galati si Ministerul Educatiei Nationale pentru lipsa calitatii procesuale pasive.
Admite in parte actiunea.
Obligă pe pârâtele unitatile de invatamant să plătească reclamantilor, salariatilor acestora, ajutorul financiar pentru achiziţionarea de cărţi şi programe educaţionale pentru anul 2010, proportional cu perioada 01.01.2010 si pana la intrarea in vigoare a Legii nr. 118/2010.
Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Cererea de apel se va depune la Tribunalul Galati.
