Admite recursul.
Casează în parte sentinţa recurată şi rejudecând:
Admite în parte pretenţiile formulate în contradictoriu cu MEN.
Obligă pâârtul MEN să aprobe tipizarea diplomelor de licenţă pentru reclamanţi (cu excepţia reclamantelor Cazacu Gabi Loredana şi Militaru Lucica).
Respinge pretenţia reclamanţilor de obligare a pârâtului MEN la recunoaşterea titlului de licenţiat ca nefondat.
