Modifică sentinţa

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 192 din 5.02.2013 a Tribunalului Botoşani, în sensul că : Obligă pârâtul să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele dintre sporul de 75% din salariul de bază acordat în baza Ordinului 547/2010 şi cel efectiv plătit în intervalul 3.07.2012 - 5.02.2013, sume ce vor fi actualizate în funcţie de indicii de inflaţie, de la data scadenţei până la data plăţii efective. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 20 iunie 2013.
