Admite recursul pârâtei Universitatea Spiru Haret Bucureşti. Modifică sentinţa atacată în sensul că înlătură obligaţia pârâtei Universitatea Spiru Haret de plată a cheltuielilor de judecată.Respinge recursul pârâtului MECTS Bucureşti, ca nefondat. Obligă pârâtul recurent MECTS Bucureşti să plătească reclamanţilor intimaţi suma de 1100 lei cheltuieli de judecată. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
