Respins recurs
Respinge, ca nefondat, recursul, declarat de inculpatul PARASCHIV GABRIEL,în prezent aflat în Penitenciarul Colibaşi, împotriva încheierii din data de 29 iulie 2013, pronunţată de Tribunalul Vâlcea - secţia penală în dosarul nr.4393/90/2013.
Obligă pe recurentul inculpat la 400 lei cheltuieli judiciare către stat din care 100 lei, onorariul apărătorului din oficiu, se avansează din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei.
