Respinge apelul declarat de reclamanţi ca nefondat.

Schimbă în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 1257 din 28 iunie 2013 a Tribunalului Botoşani, în sensul că:
Respinge, ca nefondat, capătul de cerere privind plata diferenţei dintre drepturile salariale cuvenite calculate prin luarea în considerare a unui salariu de bază minim brut corespunzător clasei 1 de salarizare de 700 lei şi cele efectiv încasate de fiecare reclamant, aferente perioadei 01 ianuarie 2011 – 31 decembrie 2011.
Păstrează celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei, care nu sunt contrare prezentei.
