Admite cererea

Respinge excepţiile privind inadmisibilitatea cererii şi cea privind prescripţia dreptului material la acţiune invocată de către prim pârâtă ca nefondată. Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâtele să plătească reclamanţilor 2000 lei cheltuieli de judecată. Definitivă. Executorie de drept.
