Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii de reprezentant a Sindicatului Liber Petrotub Roman pentru membrii de sindicat Antoci Teodor, Andrici M. Dominic, Bejan I Gavril, Bocincă Vasile, Buzenchi D. Dinu, Ciobanu A. Ioan, Diaconu I. Vasile, Fecheta I Maricel, Jeleriu Constantin, Lica N. Vasile, Maxim Petru, Moroşanu Vasile, Nanu Iorgu, Nazare I. Constantin, Pelin Gheorghe, Ungureanu Vasile, Vătămănelu I. Ana şi Vătămănelu I. Petru, şi în consecinţă:
Anulează cererea de chemare în judecată formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Liber Petrotub Roman în numele membrilor de sindicat mai sus menţionaţi.
Cu drept de apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, la Tribunalul Neamţ - Secţia I Civilă.
