Admitere recurs

Admite recursul declarat de debitoarea SC G.V.SRL prin adm. special împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 68 din 08.02.2013 pronunţată în dosarul nr.5421/84/2012/a2 al Tribunalului Sălaj pe care o modifică în parte în sensul că obligă creditoarea BRD-GSG-SA să plătească administratorului special al debitoarei suma de 3720 lei cheltuieli de judecată. Respinge recursul creditoarei BRD-GSG-SA; menţine celelalte dispoziţii. Obligă recurenta BRD-GSG-SA să plătească debitoarei prin adm. special suma de 1860 lei cheltuieli de judecată. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 13.05.2013.
