Respingere recurs
Respinge recursul declarat de pârâta recurentă SC VOLKSBANK ROMÂNIA SA împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 187/2013 a Judecătoriei Aiud pronunţată în dosarul nr. 5527/175/2010**, în contradictoriu cu reclamanţii intimaţi LEVAI (născută Florea) TEODORA ELENA, FLOREA CARMEN RODICA şi FLOREA TEODOR.
Obligă recurenta să plătească intimatei Levai (născută Florea) Teodora Elena 1.500 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
