Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa, în sensul că admite în parte acţiunea. Obligă pârâţii la calculul şi plata către membrii de sindicat ai reclamantului, nominalizaţi în tabelele anexe, ce au prestat activitate în fucnţiile menţionate la art. 42 alin.3 din CCM, a drepturilor salariale cuvenite şi neachitate pentru perioada 1.02.2010-15.05.2010, reprezentând sporul de 10% pentru condiţii deosebite de muncă, grele, periculoase sau penibile. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 14.01.2014.
