Admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a creditorilor debitoarei SCP.R. SRL , cu excepţia creditorului intimat MDF, administrtaor special al debitoarei şi a creditorilor care au formulat cereri de intervenţie în interesul intimatului MDF.
