Soluţionare
Respinge ca nefondate recursurile formulate împotriva sentinţei penale nr. 462 din 25.09.2013 pronunţată de Judecătoria Râmnicu Vâlcea în dosarul 7672/288/2012, de inculpaţii P****** S***** C****** şi N*** I** R*****, pe care îi obligă la câte 1000 lei cheltuieli judiciare către stat din care câte 300 lei onorariul apărătorului din oficiu ce se avansează din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei.
