Constată perimată cererea
Admite excepţia perimării invocată din oficiu şi, în consecinţă:
Constată perimarea cererii de chemare în judecată formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Judeţean Familia „Servicii Publice” – Administraţie Publică în contradictoriu cu pârâta Comuna Ungra, reprezentată prin Primar, jud. Braşov.
Cu drept de recurs în 5 zile de la pronunţare.
