Anulează cererea de recurs

Admite excepţia netimbrării recursului. Anulează recursul declarat de M.E.N. împotriva sentinţei civile nr.11437 din 2 noiembrie 2012, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 8055/117/2012 al Tribunalului Cluj pe care o menţine în întregime. Obligă recurenta să plătească intimaţilor suma de 2.800 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs. Decizia este irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 13.05.2013.
