Admite recursul Modifică în parte sentinţa, astfel: În baza art.246 alin.1 C.pr.civ Ia act de renunţarea la judecată formulată de reclamanţii: CONSTANTIN DOINIŢA, MIHĂILĂ LAURENŢIU IOAN, CĂLIN PETRE, MARIN CRISTIAN, MOCANU FLORENTINA, DUMITRACHE MARIN VASILE, POPA NICOLAE, FLOREA ALEXANDRU, DINU RODICA, ZAFIU GABRIEL CONSTANTIN, LICA ILEANA,FRUNZARU DORIN, NISTOR GHEORGHE, MARIN ELENA,MIHĂILĂ ANDREIŢĂ, TOADER CONSTANTIN, IRIMIA LUMINIŢA-ELENA, STATE MARIAN, SIMIONESCU NICOLAE şi ION TEODORA. Respinge ca neîntemeiată acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii MIHĂILĂ SANDA, TOCACIU LUCIAN, ION MARIN, ISTRATE ION, STĂNESCU CONSTANTIN, BARBU GHEORGHE, COSTACHE NICOLAE, SÎRBU MARIAN, ION GHEORGHE, PÂRVU CRISTIAN –FLORIN, BARZILOIU GHEORGHE şi CIASCAI VIOREL. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei referitoare la renunţarea la judecată a celorlalţi reclamanţi.
