Admite apelul declarat de reclamanţii Mamciuc Mihai Liviu şi Mamciuc Mioara Maria.
Schimbă în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 496 din 21.03.2014 pronunţată de Tribunalul Suceava în dosarul nr. 11499/86/2013 în sensul că :
Obligă pârâta să plătească câte 500 de lei cu titlu de daune morale, către fiecare din reclamanţii Mamciuc Mihai Liviu şi Mamciuc Mioara Maria.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei atacate care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de pârâta SC "Genko Med Group" SA Suceava.
Respinge cererea apelanţilor Mamciuc Mihai Liviu şi Mamciuc Mioara Maria de obligare a intimatei la plata cheltuielilor de judecată, ca nefondată.
