Modifică sentinţa

Admite recursul declarat de Direcţia Generală Regională a Finanţelor Publice Braşov - Administraţia Judeţeană a Finanţelor Publice Mureş în reprezentarea intereselor Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, Modifică în parte hotărârea atacată . Respinge cererea de chemare în garanţie formulată de pârâtul Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Mureş în contradictoriu cu chematul în garanţie Ministerul Finanţelor Publice. Elimină din dispozitivul hotărârii atacate obligaţiile stabilite în sarcina chematului în garanţie – recurent, respectiv să aloce în favoarea pârâtului Inspectoratul Şcolar Judeţean Mureş, fondurile băneşti necesare plăţii drepturilor acordate prin sentinţa civilă atacată. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor hotărârii atacate. Irevocabilă.
