Amână pronunţarea
Admite cererea formulată de apelanţii reclamanţi privind sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale. Dispune sesizarea Curţii Constituţionale în vederea soluţionării excepţiei de neconstituţionalitate a Legii nr. 63/ 2011 privind încadrarea şi salarizarea în anul 2011 a personalului didactic şi didactic auxiliar din învăţământ, invocată de apelanţii reclamanţi.
