Respinge cererea
Respinge excepţia autorităţii de lucru judecat.
Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii indicaţi în tabelul de la filele 6-8 din dosarul cauzei (tabel care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre), prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul din Învăţământ „Spiru Haret”, în contradictoriu cu pârâţii Liceul Tehnologic „Aurel Persu” şi Municipiul Târgu-Mureş – prin Primar.
