Amână cauza
Emite adresă reclamantului U****** S*********** Î********* V***** (****** V******, pentru ca acesta să depună la dosar hotărârile judecătoreşti, în măsura în care acestea există, cu privire la membrii de sindicat din cauză, referitoare la drepturile prevăzute de Legea nr. 221/2008, până la data de 13.05.2011.
Se va emite adresă pârâtei pentru a comunica instanţei dacă reclamanţii – membrii de sindicat din prezenta cauză erau angajaţi ai unităţii şcolare în octombrie 2010 şi dacă au beneficiat, până la data de 13.05.2011, de salarii calculate potrivit Legii nr. 221/2008, cu coeficientul de multiplicare 1, de 400 lei.
