Respingere apel
Respinge apelul declarat de pârâţii MINISTERUL FINANŢELOR PUBLICE şi D.G.R.F.P. BRAŞOV, prin Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 6869/30.05.2014 şi a încheierii de şedinţă din data de 25.04.2014, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 17776/197/2013 al Judecătoriei Braşov, pe care le păstrează.
