Amână cauza
Amână judecarea cauzei la 19 februarie 2014, pentru când lichidatorul Dumitrana Laurenţiu şi avocat Mincu Lavinia vor preciza cine este lichidator şi pe ce perioadă, în baza confirmării creditorilor, cu sau fără numirea judecătorului sindic; ce a aprobat şi când a aprobat comitetul creditorilor cu privire la lichidatorul judiciar; să depună la dosar copia tabelului de creanţe, hotărârea de constituire a comitetului creditorilor, hotărârile adunărilor generale de confirmare, înlocuire a practicienilor în lichidare şi alte măsuri în legătură cu aceştia.
Se citează N****** B***** cu menţiunea de mai sus şi cu precizarea de a se prezenta în faţa instanţei la termenul acordat, precizare pe care instanţa o are şi faţă de lichidatorii prezenţi.
