Admite cererea
Admite exceptia prescriptiei dreptului la actiune pentru perioada 05.11.2008-20.03.2011 si in consecinta respinge actiunea pentru aceasta perioada.
Respinge exceptia autoritatii de lucru judecat invocata de parata.
Admite actiunea formulata si completata de Uniunea Sindicatelor Libere din Învăţământul Preuniversitar Iaşi. Obliga parata sa plateasca dobanda legala aferenta drepturilor banesti conform sent. civ. nr. 323/2010 pronuntata in dos. nr. 8741/99/2008 al Tribunalului Iasi, reclamantilor care se regasesc in aceasta hotarare judecatoreasca, de la 21.03.2011 si pana la data platii efective.Respinge actiunea formulata si completata de Uniunea Sindicatelor Libere din Învăţământul Preuniversitar Iaşi în numele şi pentru reclamantii Sarbusca Mioara Catalina, Darie Elena Cristina, Samson Ana Maria, Aliman Mihaela, Baciu Ioana, Boros Lacramioara, Tomorug Ana Elisabeta, Rautu Ileana, Buruiana Mihaela, Turcanu Dorina Lenuta, Anchidin Mihaela, Buhaescu Nicoleta Liliana, Postolache Felicia Aurora, Zamfirache Mihaela, Todirascu Beatrice si Bitica Elena in contradictoriu cu parata Scoala Gimnaziala „ George Calinescu
