Modifică sentinţa

Admite recursul. Modifică în parte sentinţa civilă nr. 51 din 15 ianuarie 2014 pronunţată de Tribunalul Botoşani în dosar nr. 3883/40/2011 în sensul că : Respinge ca nefondată cererea reclamanţilor de acordare a sporului pentru condiţii deosebit de periculoase în procent de 50% din salariul de bază, aferent intervalului 25.06.2012 – 15.01.2014, sume actualizate în funcţie de indicele de inflaţie de la data scadenţei, până la data plăţii efective. Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei care nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii. Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 29 aprilie 2014.
