Admite în parte acţiunea.
Obligă pârâtul la plata către reclamanţi a dobânzii legale aferentă sumelor datorate conform sentinţei civile nr. 445/17.05.2010 pronunţata de Tribunalul Vâlcea- Secţia civila în dosarul nr. 1235/90/2010, calculată începând cu data formulării cererilor în soluţionarea cărora au fost pronunţate sentinţele menţionate şi până la data plăţii efective.
Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, ce se depune la Tribunalul Vâlcea.
