Înch.- Respinge ca nefondată cererea de anulare a amenzii judiciare în cuantum de 5.000 lei aplicată prin încheierea de şedinţă din data de 19.06.2014 pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Constanţa în dosarul penal nr. 4433/91/2010, formulată de avocat Manea-Cîţu Nicuţa.
Admite cererea de reducere amenzii judiciare, formulată de avocat Manea-Cîţu Nicuţa.
