Admitere recurs
Admite recursurile. Modifică, în parte, sentinţa atacată, în sensul că: Menţinând soluţia de admitere,în parte, a contestaţiei, dispune:
Refacerea Raportului asupra fondurilor obţinute prin lichidare, în sensul că, onorariul de succes cuvenit lichidatorului judiciar va fi de 3658,60 lei (în loc de 5493,94 lei), iar suma ce urmează a fi distribuită conform planului va fi de 759.227,71 lei (în loc de 757.392,37 lei), menţinând celelalte dispoziţii ale actului contestat. Refacerea planului de distribuire între creditori,în sensul că,
Suma distribuită creditoarei garantate Raiffeisen Bank SA va fi de 586.438,70 lei (în loc de 583.345,08 lei), iar suma distribuită BEJA Şfaiţer - Gavriliuc va fi "zero" (în loc de 1258,29 lei), cu menţinerea celorlalte dispoziţii ale actului contestat. Compensează cheltuielile de judecată. Irevocabilă.
