Respinge cererea
Admite excepţia prescripţiei dreptului material la acţiune, invocată din oficiu, în privinţa pretenţiilor reclamanţilor aferente perioadei 01.01.2010 – 12.08.2011 şi, în consecinţă, respinge acţiunea în privinţa acestora ca fiind prescris dreptul la acţiune.
