Admite cererea
Admite actiunea formulata de Sindicatul Invatamant „Spiru Haret” Iasi in numele si pentru reclamanti in contradictoriu cu parata Scoala Gimnaziala „Vasile Alecsandri” Mircesti .
Obliga paratii sa plateasca dobanda legala aferenta drepturilor banesti conform sent. civ. nr. 870/2011 pronuntata in dos. nr. 244/99/2011 al Tribunalului Iasi si sent. civ. nr. 1550/2012 pronuntata in dos. nr. 5338/99/2011 al Tribunalului Iasi, reclamantilor care se regasesc in aceste hotarari judecatoresti, de la data introducerii cererilor initiale( respectiv 04.04.2011 si 12.01.2011) si pana la data platii efective.
